  • To assemble the salad, place romaine and radicchio in a big bowl; high mozzarella, salami, chickpeas, olives, bell pepper, cucumber, pepperoncini, tomatoes and crimson onion. Pour the dressing on high of the salad and gently toss to mix. High with Parmesan.
